  Not only did I have to wait two hours to see the doctor but he seems bother that we were there. He was rude, short with his answers and told me to go see my regular doctor. What a waste of my $$$ he doesn't need to see patients if he doesn't want to care for them. Don't plan on ever going back.

  I too am disappointed that I must given them even one star. There motto is Get In, Get Out and Get Better. I got in and was told after waiting 90 minutes that I was still number two to see the Doctor. It was then positioned to me my problem because Monday they were busy with other appointments and therapy. If treating walk in patients is not your core busy, advise the patients as such as to the wait times or just get out of the walk in clinic business. As for me, I walked out and am now in another clinic being seen by a medical professional in less than 30 minutes after my arrival. Thank goodness I have choices. My heart and soul goes out to those who don't.

  I only go here because it's right up the street from my house (while my family doctor is on the other side of Huntsville) when I need a quick fix or to get prescriptions for ailments I know how to handle (cold/flu, poison ivy, etc.). For anything else I'll make the drive to see my family doctor. Office staff is friendly enough, but expect a relatively dry welcome, likely due to the sheer volume of patients they see each day. I've personally never waited in the lobby more than 30 minutes, but it's usually less because I always go right when they open so there are only 1 or 2 other patients there. Expect longer wait times the later in the day you go. Understand going in that this is just a CLINIC and you will be treated as such. These doctors see so many patients day in and day out that their demeanor always comes across as rushed. Little to no actual hands-on inspection unless it's something like strep throat where they actually need to look at your throat. Even for skin irritation they keep their distance and give you a shot-in-the-dark diagnosis. Expect a short lecture on your symptoms from the doctor and then a med student giving you a crudely administered shot. They're ok for quick, easy fixes if you can deal with being treated like a number, but don't expect to walk out being wowed
