- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪great location, easy to enter/exit from parkway and winchester rd. parking is plentiful. Dr. Hulsey is well educated and experienced. his love and compassion for all creatures is second to none. all doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, caring and great with animals. office and exam rooms are very clean! also, exams/meds/preventatives/treatments are well priced. appointment availability and office hours convenient for all schedules.
