  Dr. Aguayo and her staff are wonderful. They take the time to explain what is going on and they listen to your questions and concerns. Dr. Aguayo's bedside manner is great she seems to really enjoy what she does.

  My first and last visit today: I attempted to use the online patient portal to enter my information, but it would not update. I arrived early to have time for new patient paperwork. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the office clerk how much longer I should expect to wait and is it typical to be this far behind schedule. Her response was "there is another patient ahead of you. You have to wait until they are done. And it is a doctor's office so this is normal." They have a strict policy including fees for tardiness and missed appointments. I expected a better attitude with regards to scheduling. Furthermore, the attitude of the office staff was not even apologetic for their obvious scheduling issue. I realize an OB/GYN will have schedule delays due to deliveries and emergencies but my appointment was with the nurse practitioner, rather than Dr Aguayo. I politely asked for my paperwork back and informed her that I would not be waiting any longer. If that is what I can expect from future visits, I will continue my search for a new physician.
