- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Chancellor practices at Areo City Animal Hospital and Morgan City Animal Clinic . Dr. Chandler is rude, arrogant, has no bedside manner with animals or humans. He does not answer given questions. He has no compassion for the animals. Dr. Chancellor made me feel very uncomfortable, due to his negative attitude and the way he interacted with me and my pets. I would not recomend this veterinarian to anyone that loves their animals.June 13, 2017by My Stinkers
