  My 11 year old was in really bad pain that vital smiles couldn't do anything till a month later Valley wide got us in the next day. I was allowed to come back with her Dr Noel explained everything in detail. He made sure my daughter felt nothing. He is great with kids my daughter left pain free. And when we left my daughter said she liked Dr Noel wanted wanted him as her dentist.. What kids says that.

  Speaking from mine and my fiancé's point of view and outlook. We thought this dentist office was clean as can be and filled with wonderful staff until we saw the reviews and I felt the same way some of the other people who wrote reviews were feeling. I just got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I'm scared now that they didn't cut the nerves out because my pain pills are not working like they should be. They told me these were very strong pain pills and I also took two ibuprofen on top of one of my norcos like they said too because the prescription pain pills have Tylenol in them so they said don't mix them with other pain pills with Tylenol in them. Also, I feel like they didn't even take out the right teeth because I'm touching my gums when I bite down with my top teeth and I'm touching gum where my bottom wisdom teeth were. It's ridiculous because that isn't supposed to happen after they "fix" it. Another reason we're upset about the experience is that the dentist who took my wisdom teeth out kept on calling me "sweetie" when I have a fiancé and he's also sitting right next to me. He kept touching me and patting my arm and my fiancé almost got too mad about it. It's like he couldn't quit flirting and touching me but we couldn't say anything at the time because they would've refused and/or kicked my fiancé out and intentionally messed up my surgery. We're both just very unsatisfied with the visit and we don't think we'll ever come back unless there is major changes and someone else is in the dentist position. Also we have a child to worry about going there and we don't want her to have to deal with such unprofessional and dissatisfying service. Thank you, have a nice day.

  Horrible doctors! I got four of wisdom teeth taking out on Friday April 29th, almost two days to my week mark and I still have a swollen face along with aching teeth. I went back yesterday to see a doctor and she looked at my mouth for 5 seconds and told her assistant to rewrite whatever prescriptions I had and walked out. My mouth is still in pain and I'm never going back! Horrible doctors
