- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They have blantantly lied about their fax machine being down. Either they don’t wanna to do my referral or the staff is being lazy. This is my second! Complaint about this staff! I’m so close to reporting this to the Medical Board! My child needs to see a specialist and you tell me that this is DAY 2 of the machine being broke? Are you kids me! I’ll be sure to let all people know what type of office this is. And Norma the receptionist is terrible as. Dr. Hyder is wonderful JUST NOT HER STAFF!May 20, 2017by Denise Ramon
