  Our dog, Koda, had an aggressive cancer and we had to make the unfortunate decision to have her put to sleep. These folks are so caring and helpful. I can't express how thankful we are for them and for Bethany. Even though they are a very busy office she talked to me multiple times on the phone to help me through this process. They let us spend as much time as we wanted with our baby before having to say goodbye. They handled everything with PAWS and made that so easy. In this hard time, we couldn't be any more happy with the service we received here. I also expected an outrageous amount of money. That wasn't the case. It was very affordable. They also did a surgery for her about four years ago removing a tumor. They were excellent then too. They are highly recommended and we will be back!

  Their motto "no one cares more than us" should just be "no one cares". After a numerous visits I've decided to take my pet elsewhere because their quality of service gets worse each time. First you have to get past the "front desk nazi" who has been there for years and is just a mean, rude person. Staff are disrespectful to each other and clients and seem to relish talking about clients and co-workers when they think people can't hear them. Completely unprofessional. Their staff turns over like a pile of soiled towels. Some of the vets are fine but Dr Mueller should be in another field where she has no contact with animals or humans. She is waaaaay too loud! I think her pushy overbearing demeanor affects all the other staff and it just feels hostile. Pricewise it might be fine and their hours are convenient but I just can't take their hateful staff. They seem to forget that animals can't walk in there on their own for treatment....they have human families that bring them! Also, would it kill them to clean the place? Maybe it's the old furnishings and such, but it always looks dirty. I won't be back nor recommend them to anyone.
